Yeah, usually during very early morning sex. Like that your eyes are barely open and you don’t even know how you started having sex or who started it but it’s in full swing by the time you come to. I did this with the original Twilight Zone episodes! As soon as I hear that iconic intro I feel tired. It doesn’t work perfectly and I sometimes still have trouble sleeping but it helped a lot. I had a boss in an office that decided to have an Alice in Wonderland themed pot luck. She turned on the movie on repeat. Then she just never turned off the movie. It was on a screen on low volume right in front of my desk for weeks. She had an office, I didn’t. Eventually I sent her an email saying it was phycological torture after like week 3 to have the same movie playing on repeat for 8 hours Monday thru Friday.
I also worked at a video store once that we had to play the promotional DVD on repeat. It was about 2 hours long of footage over and over and we couldn’t turn it down.

I’m starting low and slow. Took 500mg tonight. I might change it up to mornings, we’ll see. I have noticed things like omega 3 are better for me personally at night. It makes me feel refreshed and clear the next morning. If I take it during the day I feel groggy until I take it.
I have heard of taking mushrooms for various things. I’m into some supplements but not like, bio hacker level or anything. I heard you gotta watch out for toxicity in those mushroom capsules / powders and they can fuck with your brain in some people? I don’t know a ton about it so do your own research but it was enough info for me to never add them to my “stack”.
