Imagine having to downgrade your bed from being a cold large stone slab because some rich people who also own the empty building across the street decided to spend money to stop you from doing so. Physical and mental torture. Definitely violence.

Homelessness in the US is an act of mass violence against some of the most vulnerable people in society.
