    And then their market share will even go lower. Apple has a great market share, but only in the US. Europeans mostly use Android devices. Except for the Swedish, don’t know what’s up with them, but they love Apple devices.

      I know at least 5 plebs who’d still purchase Apple devices even if they increased their prices by 100 bucks

        There’s some people who’s probably be more likely to buy it after a price increase. Kinda curious if the top end models are veblen goods.

        Yeah, you’re right about that. Some people see it as a religion here as well… status symbol if you will. But, as you said, those people will still buy Apple devices, even if they sell 5, 10 times higher.

        I’m talking about the people that use Apple devices because… well, it was maybe on sale or their provider offered it on a 2 year plan, whtever. They will most likely shift from Apple if prices went through the roof. Sure, they like having an Apple device, but not at all costs.
