Interesting article but it’s sad to see that website using dark patterns like subscribe popups and fucking with the back button.

The idea is that the big bang started as a singularity, where everything had the same position as far as our 3d space is concerned, and then the difference in position arose as a consequence of it. Maybe space (as we know it) didn’t exist before, maybe it did but collapsed, or maybe there was “other” space but this space we’re in popped into existence. Same thing with time and perhaps some other dimensions.
So it did happen everywhere (where everywhere is just everywhere inside this universe), but it was a single point at that moment.
Though I suspect it was inside another universe and that our big bang singularity was just another black hole forming in that universe and we’re seeing the mystery of what happens beyond the event horizon when gravity overpowers all other forces. Our familiar forces could just be the next set of rules physics for small things (from the perspective of the parent universe) after gravity overcomes the dominant ones in that universe. Which could mean that all black holes are tunnels to other universes (that we can’t visit but the matter that makes us could, though it would probably be something else once it did, like an entire galaxy cluster).
Then the CMB might just be light that entered our universe from the parent one, redshifted like crazy (plus other optical gravitational effects, like any light that enters will appear brighter in one direction but coming from all directions to some extent).
Yeah, I think it would be kinda cool if the next intelligent species on this planet after we kick the bucket is arachnid.

4·11 days agoI think one way to avoid the gag reflex is to “swallow” that cock. Like do the swallow motion but hold it mid-swallow (this trick works to make your Adam’s apple easier to shave, too, as it kinda recedes under your skin).
Never put this theory to practice on a dick, but the gag reflex is about avoiding inhaling stuff, and we (usually) have no problem swallowing food.

6·11 days agoI mean, a few GB would probably be done in a few seconds, so no big deal, just don’t seed past 1.5. The VPN actually makes it easier on the routers if there’s any NAT going on because the VPN handles managing the individual connection forwarding table.
Now if you said a few TB, that might be an issue.

4·11 days agoThey must have known that CGI in Pixar and Disney movies is very different from an AI-generated video and concluded that you had no idea what you were talking about based on that inaccuracy.

1·13 days agoThere is scaling going on there, just not 1:1. Like the hydrogen is smaller than the rest, but it should be about half the size of the one above.

Iirc you can create custom syntax highlighting formats for notepad++. So if it’s not there by default, someone else might have made a file for it, or you can start making one yourself, as the format was easy to understand. It’s been like a decade since I’ve used it, but it should be somewhere in the menus.
I took OP’s reply as meaning they posted the meme as a joke, but assumed they got it from somewhere else.
I think it is a joke, though not one we’re supposed to be in on.
The hint is that that is a very well made map for someone who doesn’t understand how water flow really works. They turned the ocean trenches into rivers. It’s a parody of someone who doesn’t understand gravity but still uses it properly in demonstrating how it should look incorrectly.
I still can’t tell if most instances of them are a) genuine, b) trolling stupid people into believing dumb shit, c) trolling smart people into believing they believe something stupid and enjoying the frustration as they fail to convince them otherwise, or d) conning true believers like that guy who just wanted to fund his private rocket launch did.
Like it started with group B, but it’s impossible to tell group A and C/D apart, if they are really dedicated to the bit. Like those youtubers who did various expreiments that would show which way it was, got results consistent with ball earth, then dismissed those results as something being wrong with their experiment could be strong denial but also just sounds like trolling and if I had to bet, I’d probably bet on it being a troll (or someone knowing their video will get way more hits like that because it’s a hilarious result that did get a lot of round earthers to watch to mock it).
Tldr, I think we might all be getting played, though none as much as the poor fools that really do believe and donate to “flat earth science”.
Might have been very horny but also very self aware.
Lock down their accounts so they can’t even install shit.
