C D E F G A B C D E F G A B C is 15 notes.
A scale is really only 7 notes when you think about it when you don’t count the octave. But in this case you count the first octave but not the second

Yeah its not a thing in English. In Spanish it is as well and learning to read novels in English was a bit confusing at first. I believe the official name is en dash or em dash I forget which
Its pretty funny how the Spain Spanish keyboard has almost every one of these same keys yet isn’t insane

92·1 year agoDefinitely not a common phrase. I’ve never heard of it (from Spain) and I just asked about 10 others from other countries and only one has. We usually would just say clockwise or counterclockwise

7·1 year agoI use penultimate all the time and most people have no idea what I mean! We need to bring back the Latin based words


I once had like a 40% plagiarism score because it considered phrases like “of the” as plagiarism. Worst part of all was that my professor initially took the score at face value so I had to argue my case
