I’m curious, do you use this on mobile or are you talking about a desktop experience?
Personally I find more ads on something like Sync on mobile than I did on Reddit which I can block, but I am now forced to use the Reddit desktop site.

OP doesn’t understand the difference between piracy and drm-free.
But hey, looks like the advertising is working on you to promote GOG so good on them for a successful tweet.
If you have any basic computer skills it’s really not an issue. You can turn off pretty much anything. I can’t remember the last time I saw an ad within Windows tbh.
This is just fearmongering at its worst. It’s like me saying Linux is only for IT companies running servers because it’s unusable for a normal person as the UI is janky and it’s all code based.
PSVR - fun for a week but otherwise useless.
The AI actually handled that pretty well.
I’d say it’s much more reasonable than the person messaging it in this situation who comes off a bit unhinged.
You were probably using the wrong version of utorrent.
I think you need something like 1.6. No adware, no malware, just works fast and easy.
Pretty spot on in my opinion.
I buy the cheapest coffee beans I can from supermarket, and have had coffee snobs comment how much they love the coffee I make and where I buy it from.
Salt is salt, it tastes the same.
Not sure on the land one… That one is a bit odd admittedly.
Didn’t you just make an argument for buying the more expensive knives and that they are worth it?
They’re both consenting adults, and it’s just sex.
It’s yuck in the same way a teen might say old people (30+ yos) having sex are yuck.
But there’s nothing inherently wrong about it, your views are just judgemental. May also just be a cultural thing to be fair, or as societies attitude towards sex become more open, older views may still just be very conservative.
I disagree. You don’t seem to understand piracy at all.
If you’re going to pirate games, you’ll find a way. I have spent hours sometimes figuring out how to do so, and it’s almost part of the fun.
The only reason I’d look at buying a Steam deck in future is to play pirated games. If I absolutely love a game and developer then sure, I’d buy it if I have the cash but otherwise you may as well pirate it.
The only reason I don’t pirate games IS because of locked down hardware like Playstation Etc. Otherwise, I have pretty much never bought a game on PC.
Good on Facebook! Right? That’s what you’re saying no?
I did speed comparisons and it was just terribly slow.
Plus I hated the functionality of opening up every single new url in a new tab. That was enough for me to give up on it to be honest, so frustrating and no options to change.
Agree its privacy is debatable, but it’s still better than Chrome. Can at least block all ads.
I tried Firefox but it was hot garbage on Android.
Ended up going with Kiwi - same extension support but just better designed and much faster. Firefox kinda sucks on mobile beyond ublock origin support.
Jesus lol.
This is probably true for big games, but I wouldn’t get angry at any small developer for not supporting Linux. It’s just not worth it/still such a small base.
Cheers.
Sync didn’t use ro have ads (or maybe I was blocking them successfully) but now it does. So will try something else as fuck ads.
