i tried that on my phone but not on my computer. i was away at the time. gimme a min or two and i’ll give it a go. edit: it did not work.

voyager ios is my go to lemmy app! it just wasn’t working. maybe it was an instance thing.

i just tried it in plasma and it works fine. i use waybar with sway on the same computer. so maybe its a sway problem?

sorry, fish is shell, terminal is kitty. you are correct.

when i edit a file i will put

micro test.txt 

sudo can be applied after. i should be able to open a terminal within the editor and have it appear on the bottom. I should be able to use it to change the settings or style of the micro editor, but it just opens up a whole new instance of my terminal. (which is fish btw)
i’ll look and see if i have any arguments to add.or maybe edit the config?

Autoplayed videos are the devil. If an add autoplays i report it.
