I didn’t want to assume requirements and OP specifically asked for no wifi/BT. If this is for a secure system then maybe a software disable might not be sufficient.

I am having an impossible time finding “N” (network) models in most consumer stores. It seems that they have all been replaced by “W” (wireless) models.

Privacy@lemmy.ml•Everything now have Wireless - WiFi, Bluetooth... Ways it can be turned against us.
1·11 days agoDo you mean hijacking? If so, any IOT device controlled via a webservice is very susceptible to lackluster security at the manufacturer level. If anyone is within signal range of your device, they can also hija it.
Do you mean being harmed in any way by the manufacturer? They are using the devices to collect and sell any and all possible data they can collect about you.

Linux@lemmy.ml•Should there be something that installs Linux to disk directly from Windows?
25·13 days agoI find that live USB drives, like the Linux Mint installer are a fantastic way to show potential converts around. If they like it, all they had to do is click install.

18·1 month agoThis is the correct take. The only difference between Google Fi and any other carrier is the amount they charge customers.
That’s not meant to be a compliment to Google. It is a lament at our lack of options.
Divorce is never pretty.
I store my torrent links and bookmarks in Standard Notes. It is fully encrypted and replicates your data via Dropbox (db is encrypted so not readable to Dropbox). On my phone I can share a link from Firefox directly to Standard Notes.
No way I’m carrying that on a hike.
Not with that attitude you won’t. Where’s that “can do” sipirit, buckaroo?
Shit. My ADHD brain doesn’t need another expensive hobby to hyperfixate on.
