Here’s something unique. The album “Acheron” by Mechina.
I don’t think it’s in your regular taste. But it’s unique enough to be a suggestion.

Sapper Morton approves.
People who write “rouge” instead of “rogue”.
I like to live dangerously.
Boy I can’t wait.
A Chevrolet Aveo 5 2003. All the interior was made of cheap plastic. It was pretty terrible in general.
When I’m home alone, I’ll sometimes revert to my “first apartment” mood and cook spaghetti with Campbell tomato soup in it, added with sautéed onions, mushrooms, hotdog sausages, and add cheese in it.
Is probably better than the crappiest thing I could come up with, but I wouldn’t serve that too an adult. But maybe to children.
I’m not very good at not procrastinating, but I started to do things for “future me” and when I realize “omg I don’t have to do this cause it’s already done”, I thank past me.
And when I end up having to do things last minute and in a rush, I tell past me that they have been right all along and that I should have let them do their thing.
I found that I would procrastinate less when I was thankful for myself for doing things earlier.

Much better than the pervious couple weeks. It’s refreshing! Depression sucks.
Dunno if it fits your definition of healthy, but here’s what I like to prepare for lunch sometimes.
Choose one protein, either chicken, hard boiled eggs or a can of flaked tuna. In a mixing bowl, I add : chopped bell pepper, chopped sweet pickles, chopped green onion, some fruit like a chopped apple or grapes cut in half, chopped spinach, some feta cheese cut in small cubes, or mozzarella works too, and some sunflower seeds. At the end, add a spoon or cream cheese and mix everything together. Fill a pita bread with the mixture. And enjoy!

Oooh. Wait.
What he said
I’ve been going through a depression / burnout for a year, following the death of my best friend (and business partner).
The video game Starfield really contributed in keeping myself sane for most of the year. And with time, I started creating my own Starfield comic using the photomode and an app called Figma.
I never thought I had this creative mind, but apparently I’m not bad at all with screenplays and storytelling.
My comic is called The Radiant Huntress, and there are 25 episodes so far. Here are a few covers or panels.
