So any meme that references any real world object is a science meme? Cars come from science. Or is it just natural things? I shall read the sticky

I feel like we don’t need to be mass breeding animals for this. To my knowledge we mainly use rats to test things we don’t want to put humans through, but I’ve heard enough backseat driving to solve this on my own without the use of rats

32·4 months agoI have managed to get all my friendship group on signal and we use it daily. While it does have its flaws (mainly being centralised and US based), I try in life to not let perfect be the enemy of good. Until there’s a stable and easy to use alternative I can point my friends to, I imagine we’ll stay on Signal.
PostmarketOS, while certainly not production ready, does have mobile data working for some devices: https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Devices
There’s also the upcoming Mecha Comet which has been able to make calls and use mobile data in testing but is yet to be released so we’ll have to wait and see how usable it is.
