I have Home Assistant + Music Assistant that integrates Jellyfin. Works well with our iPad’s to Denon Heos and such but I haven’t tested it on my Apple TV yet, it is collecting dust because it doesn’t do Stremio without having to fudge around.
I recall many, for instance trying to talk but my mouth is filled with broken glass. I have violent nightmares frequently, unsafe childhood.
I used to have those but now I just use weck jars and burp them every day.
My own. I lacto ferment peppers with (and or) garlic, sjalots, ginger, veg, fruit, paprika, herbs, spices. It is easy to make.

No. I make bone broth and freeze it in portions. I use that to make soup of left over meat, veg, beans with vermicelli. You can put that in a thermos for the road.

Jojoba oil seems a very good suggestion, certainly cold pressed. I might try that.
I use Mixa ceramide protect. Fairly inexpensive, 400ml for 8 euro. Takes care of my dry skin, red irritation and itching beard.
