The PSVR2, not the first.
The PSVR2, not the first.
But why not KDE? Its the best DE of all, […]
Not OP but I tried Fedora Kinoite a few days ago. My experience:
Why is it possible to even spawn widgets that are off screen? Whey are there multiple task bar widgets that apparently do the same thing and are indistinguishable? Very frustrating unfortunately.
I tried Fedora silverblue in a VM. It took minutes and a reboot to install tmux
. I just don’t know. I’ve run arch linux and never ran into significant problems, I don’t know if the overhead is worth it.
Ok, this isn’t for me than.
Oh, that’s a no from me then.
Why should you get hate for the warp terminal? I’ve never used it but it looks quite nice.
Ok, i need to check this later. Thanks!
podman does not autostart containers after boot.
Does docker do this? I wrote a systemd unit for my docker container because I thought that there is no way for docker to autostart containers?
If that’s a concern for the project maintainers, they should create a homepage for the project with download links.
This was fun.
People. What a bunch of bastards.
I lived through the IE6 days. I don’t want one browser or engine or company to dominate the web. We need multiple implementations of free and open standards.
Your title is a bit provocative but I feel you. The biggest plus for Linux is also a bit of a negative: there are so many different ways to do things. There are multiple file managers for example, that all behave differently in some ways. So at the beginning it can be frustrating at times to figure out how things work and how to accomplish your goal.
It’s IE6 all over again.
I also miss the reduced footprint of mega companies with their “we are the internet” monopolistic tendencies. They still wanted to be the entire internet, but they weren’t.
Especially this. The web was just different without all the bloated pages with dozens of trackers.
But then you cant complain? Just use Photoshop then with Windows or Mac OS and pay the subscription. Problem solved.
I need to look into it again. I wanted to stabilize my footage of a Samsung gear 360 with the embedded gyro data but I didn’t got it to work. Maybe I have to try it again.
Looks great, is that XFCE?
That looks useful.
