Funny story. I did wake up this morning with a pain in my absolute fuckwaffle.
I am currently on an icepack for it lol.
My last physio said you should apply heat to that kind of injury rather than ice … what you need is an absolute fuck-waffleiron

I exhaled too hard this morning and now have a sharp stabbing pain in my absolute fuckwaffle. Getting old sucks.
Muscles hurt when they don’t get used. Strength exercise fixes this, although you will replace it with some level of soreness instead.
Still, it’s worth it
