Burrito place near me. They cost $3 for a regular and then $5 for a specialty. No way they’re surviving on that much money renting in a strip mall. I only ever see 1 or 2 other people in there at most even during lunch or dinner

Cheap burritos are either the best or the worst thing you’ve ever eaten. There’s no middle ground.

Pretty good. You can specify the toppings just like at a place like Chipotle. Not too big that it’s a whole meal, not too tiny that it’s a snack. You can get them soft or hard. The specialties are ones with set toppings, nachos, and veggies.

Is it possible they may have purchased the land outright, allowing for little overhead in the way of rent?

I mean I’d find that very unlikely, the building is shared with a lot of other businesses including a gas station so idk why the family owned burrito place would own the land
